Creation of Construction Documents

We've been using ISP for a few months now and their deliverable is stellar. They take our registered point clouds and create Revit and Cad files that we can use right away. Their turnaround time is also very impressive. We often get things back faster than ever expected. I highly recommend them!

I have had the opportunity to utilize ISP as my staffing source for several months now. It has been a pleasure working with their staff architects. They are well organized, highly responsive and adept at preparation of construction documents. I have also used ISP for 3D visualization services. They have been able to seamlessly translate my architectural sketches and concept models into presentation graphics for several important clients. The difference in time from India to the USA has not proven to be a problem nor has the language barrier you sometimes see with out of country production work. ISP has allowed me to expand my primary office in Laguna Beach CA to a new satellite office in Savannah GA. I would highly recommend ISP as an architectural support office.

Austin Commercial has developed an extensive list of criteria for reviewing construction documents for completeness and coordination between disciplines with the primary goal of reducing changes during construction. ISP has provided an excellent review team to perform the 3rd party reviews on our projects using our criteria. Project types have included University, Healthcare, Corporate Office, Parking Garage and even Theme Parks. The ISP team has been focused and teachable providing thorough, efficient and reliable service for our project reviews
