‘Porch Residence’ is the largest scale residential project ISP’s team has worked on till the date. Initially the client had provided just an elevation sketch and a floor plan sketch. Our architectural team developed the plans and elevations from the little information provided in AutoCAD. The team enjoyed the learning process they had in this project. We learnt a lot about heavy timber structure details and construction material usage in this project. Each part of designing of this house has its own beauty.
