A Residential Studio

This residential studio, located in New york, is a new development of a 47,561 Sq. Ft. including a kitchen, a dining hall, an open space in front of the house and three bedrooms with balconies. The scope of this residential project includes creation of a Point cloud to BIM design model and coordination of the architectural, structural and MEP designs. With the successful implementation of BIM, we were able to effectively deliver the design model. This project included areas like the kitchen, bedrooms, dining hall along with balcony.
