Designed by our MEP team, this residential building consists 7 stories including the ground floor. Our team have helped the client with the MEP trade and the sheet setup. Moreover, our team worked on creating the unit plan for the building dwelling units along with the overall enlarge plans that included the mechanical ventilation calculations, corridor and amenity area layout creation, plumbing sanitary collection and domestic water distribution, riser setup electrical lighting and power panel schedule creation, lighting placement. At the final submission, we provided the design documents to the client.
