Job Description:

• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
• Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
• Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain digital presence
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
• Create and manage content for social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
• Research, track, and analyse B2B behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
• Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs

• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns
• Experience in handing various digital marketing tools
• Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
• Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
• Must have worked in B2B industry and exposure to USA markets

Job Description:

• Web UI Design, Mobile Responsive Design, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3
• Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, JSON
• In-depth knowledge in WordPress
• UI prototyping and navigational flows
• Must adhere to best practices (clean reusable semantically correct code with
  emerging trends)
• Additions – knowledge of PHP, REST, React, AngularJS, NodeJS, is a Plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain office operations, ensuring smooth running of day-to-day activities.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Provide administrative support to managers and employees as needed.
• Prepare and modify documents including reports and emails.
• Serve as the point of contact between the operation department and clients.
• Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.

• Manage logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, and transportation.
• Communication with US clients via email.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
